Gage Transition to Independent Living (Extended)

The Gage Transition to Independent Living (GTIL) empowers those with physical disabilities to live independent lives. GTIL offers a community setting in uptown Toronto for people with disabilities to learn and practice independent living skills. Clients are selected for either a six or maximum 18-month 'transitional' program. Clients are provided with a one-bedroom apartment and access to on-site attendant services (24-hour) and health and life skills education. To learn more visit: http://www.westpark.org/Services/GTIL
